Welcome, welcome, welcome everyone! May the exercise and health kick begin (along with the token trash talking of course)! As you all take the first steps into the program and onto the scales, remember that you are looking for more than numbers. Recognize how you feel - are you tired when you wake up? Do you know you should go to the gym, but the couch and some potato chips just sound so much more indulging? Do you crave breakfast or just wait until lunch? These are all things, among others, that you should recognize so you can see what happens over the next few weeks. We are all so excited to be part of the changes and transformations you will make over time. Enjoy yourselves, don't be scared, and of course have fun!
