FINAL WEIGH IN STAYS THE SAME

Ok guys, looks like enough people are in town this Friday to keep it the same...we prefer to have it that way regardless so the weigh-in is as consistent as possible. This means we will see EVERYONE here at the studio at 12pm on Friday, July 3rd. We will hand out the awards and congratulate EVERYONE on a job well done! Come prepared with a plan. What are you doing now that these six weeks are over? Do you have a group for training? Be prepared!

So excited for all of you...truly, your progress has been inspiring and your energy is contagious! I'm sorry only Blue can win, but everyone deserves it =P. Happy Monday!

FINAL WEIGH IN!!!

Hi Everyone!
So if you notice on your calendars, the final weigh in is scheduled for Friday, July 3rd. Apparently, this is a "holiday" and many of you have informed me you will be out of town. Please blog about you and your teammate's preference to still have the weigh in on Friday or to wait until the following Monday, July 6th. Great job so far, we are all so proud of you!!!

Wow !!! Go yellow.... Yes Alisa, we can all eat a little better. just being aware of it helps. Remember, we only go around once...so a hot fudge sundae on every other full moon is fine. A slice of pizza...you have to enjoy life too!!! Making wise choices... salad w/ dressing on the side, smaller and more frequent meals...

You are all doing so well. You should be proud of yourselves. You are all success stories...Be thankful for where you are today, where you have been and most importantly, where you are going...Live and love life.

I am looking forward to our workout today. I had to miss it on Tuesday and I have been bummed all week. Working out with my team has motivated me to workout more often and try activities I never have before. I just need to be better about my diet...doesn't everyone? :-) I am really enjoying this program and the energy I am gaining as a result.

Feelin' Good

It is no surprise that we all are feeling stronger, more energetic, and more healthy due to this awesome program with Conditioning Specialists. Personally, I feel more in control of myself. I no longer sit down and have to haunch over my out of shape-ness. The neck and back pain I used to feel are either gone or bother me so much less due to strength training and stretching. This is the feeling I was looknig for. Thank you so much Macie, Jesse, Candace, Breck, and all the other trainers, I cannot remember their names at this moment. Thank you for all your hard work.

Hey all,

I did Nite Moves last night and it was a great experience. I'm def not a distance runner and my time was not stellar, but it's a great way to take off a few pounds for our next weigh-in!

Team Yellow is doing awesome. We had a great workout today. We have motivated abd accountable people on our team. I'll see you all at the next Battle of the Bulge class!!! Points...here we come!!!

Question.
Do we get 10 points for each battle of the bulge class we go to?
and Do we get 10 points for each person who we refer and takes the battle of the bulge class or does that fall under program participant referral?
Also, for every 50 pts an individual earns does that person get an extra .5 inch or for the team only? Doesn't matter either way, just curious.

Did you know you can cook eggs in the microwave? 30 seconds and VOILA a soft boiled egg, 45-60 if you want the yolk hard. Anyway another easy way to make breakfast at work.

Battle of the Bulge ROCKS

Hey all!

I took the Battle of the Bulge class with Breck last night and my calves are KILLING me today. It could have been the squat jumps, jumping rope OR the burpies. Gotta love it! It's a great class and we get POINTS for using our FREE pass!

Battling the bulge

Breck you rock!! That class was ridiculous!! My sister and friend loved it and we signed up for the 8 classes!!
Battle of the bulge was tough with or without Jesse....speaking of which...you probably should have to work out with us today since you called in sick slacker!!
Anyway I have to say...I posted my frustration with the scale yesterday but today when I got ready for work I put on a pair of pants that didn't fit me two weeks ago and they fit perfectly and I can breathe!!! I guess it doesn't matter what the scale says.

B of the B!

So Natalie and I tackled the bulge challenge tonight and passed. I thought Breck was supposed to lead the workout, but later learned that Jesse was scheduled originally. My goodness, I can only imagine the horror we would have been put through. I guess we will have to settle for almost worked to death.

Losing weight or not......

I'm going to admit, I'm a little frustrated. I have been working really hard for the last couple of weeks and I haven't lost any weight!!! What am I doing wrong? How many calories should I be eating? I am eating healthier, smaller meals, more often but i'm not getting any smaller. HELP!!

P.S
I could barely move on Saturday...my kid almost fell off the bed and I sat up to grab her and I thought I was going to die. Good Job Macie....

We Rock

Team Blue!! Just want to say that you guys rock. Our trainers are kicking butts and we love it.
The workout today was intense and I feel energized, not ready to fall asleep at my desk like normal days after noon.
Keep up the good work guys, the other teams aren't even showing up, looks like an easy win for team BLUE.
