I'm going to admit, I'm a little frustrated. I have been working really hard for the last couple of weeks and I haven't lost any weight!!! What am I doing wrong? How many calories should I be eating? I am eating healthier, smaller meals, more often but i'm not getting any smaller. HELP!!
P.S
I could barely move on Saturday...my kid almost fell off the bed and I sat up to grab her and I thought I was going to die. Good Job Macie....

We understand your frustration...you're sweating, you're working, you're doing things you've never done before...so where are the pounds going? Well, believe it or not they ARE dropping. One of the reasons we do not base your results on weight alone is because of the misconception of weight loss. Losing fat by working out often means gaining muscle. However, because muscle is more dense than fat (i.e., takes up far less space), your inches drop, but your weight may not always be quite as easy to gauge.
ReplyDeleteSO...be patient, stay with it, and continue to create healthy habits. Numbers on the scale do not transform to getting "smaller." You are replacing larger quantities of fat with lean muscle. You also have been going strong for 2 weeks, and while that is a lot of work, you want to give your body time to make adjustments to everything it is doing!
A sore core is a working core, good job girl!!
