I can't believe it's been six weeks. What a great program you guys are running, I am going to speak for everyone when I say WE LOVE IT.
I feel amazing, I have so much energy and I come home from work in a better mood (this makes my husband very happy) and we shaved minutes off our times on California St from the first day....UNBELIEVABLE.
Blue team is for sure going to win this competition, no doubt.
Wanted to thanks Ashley and Nancy for taking the blue team in today and training us.
It was a nice workout.
